Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Because these patches are heat applied and intended for personal use, we are unable to accept returns on items that have already been applied.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
